Consortium invites you to expand your craft, express yourself, your talents, and your creativity in a diverse and inclusive environment! This year you can choose from the following majors: Musical Theater, Art, 3D Art and Graphic Art. Please note your top three choices.
This year’s play is Beetlejuice Jr.
Art is open to all students entering grades 4-12. Musical Theater is open to all students entering grades 6-12 (this includes 2025 graduates). This summer’s program will take place at the Upper Merion Middle School. All participants will need to provide their own transportation.
Consortium will take place June 16-July 25, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-12:30pm or for extended day 8:30am-3pm. No Camp Friday, July 4th.
Consortium provides opportunities for students to have instruction from professionals in each of their fields. Each student will have an opportunity to display their craft at the end of camp.
Musical Theater Majors will perform in this summer’s performance of Beetlejuice. Performances will take place July 24th and July 25th.
For Musical Theater, students will audition for parts/roles in the show. Everyone who auditions will be cast.
Curriculum choices include Musical Theatre Grade 6-12), Art, Digital Art, and 3D Art. Please note your top three choices on your registration form. For Musical Theater, 30 students entering grades 6-12 will be chosen. Students interested in Musical Theatre are encouraged to register early as spots will fill on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are offering an extended day option in which students will be able to work with other camp staff and learn the ins and outs of different Consortium classes that they may not get to during half day option. Extended day hours will be cancelled if minimum of 15 campers is not met.
A Parents’ Orientation will be scheduled in June before camp starts. Parents are highly recommended to attend. Important topics will be discussed such as the importance of not missing camp.
