Got an amazing Holiday Light Display? Do you spend hours perfecting the beauty and the “wow factor” of your property’s decorations? Well then – join the fun and enter your holiday display into the Upper Merion Township Holiday Lights Contest! You may be selected as a winner in one of the following seven categories: Most Elegant, Most Creative, Best Variety, Best Inflatables (new this year), Best Balcony, and Most Overall Beautiful.
Most Overall Beautiful – a display that shows the beauty of the holiday season that captivates all viewers
Most Traditional – use of both traditional images, and natural elements, can be old fashioned in style
Most Creative – a clear theme with a cohesive display – fun and witty in design
Most Elegant – subtle and delicate – an airy display that whispers in the dark
Most Variety – those displays that are an array of lights, colors, movement, you name it they display it!
Best Balcony – for apartments or condos that sparkle
Best Inflatables – best display composed mostly of inflatables
(Note: We ask participants that their displays be family-friendly – avoiding offensive imagery, political statements, and so forth. Upper Merion Township reserves the right to remove registrants from the contest if the decorations are deemed inappropriate or offensive.)

Registration opens on Monday, November 6 and closes on Friday, December 8. See registration form below
JUDGING
Judging will take place on Monday, December 11 through Wednesday, December 13. CATEGORY WINNERS will be notified on Thursday, December 14 and will receive their WINNER Yard Sign.
The contest winners will be announced on the Upper Merion Township’s social media, website and eNewsletter. Addresses and photos of the winners will be included for those of you who want to take a joy ride around town and take in all the great holiday displays!
