Upper Merion Township Public Works department has released a list of roads that will undergo resurfacing in 2023. The township’s road program for the year is a combination of the planned 2022 and 2023 road maintenance efforts, resulting in a total of 5.22 miles of roadway that will be resurfaced.
The road resurfacing project is an important part of the township’s efforts to maintain the quality and safety of its road infrastructure. The roads selected for resurfacing were chosen based on factors such as their condition, traffic volume, and their importance as major thoroughfares for the community.
In addition to the road resurfacing, the township will also be upgrading 39 ADA ramps as part of the road program. These upgrades will help ensure that the township’s roads are accessible to all residents, including those with disabilities.
